When paired with pneumatic control valves, boosters, and quick exhaust valves, it ensures rapid cut-off times that can be as swift as 1 second, demonstrating its exceptional performance and reliability.

Service Life
1. The diaphragm cover is made of stamped steel with a galvanized and painted surface, providing superior corrosion resistance. The durable paint is formulated to resist peeling, ensuring longevity. The actuator bracket, crafted from either cast or forged steel, guarantees a robust, reliable structure.
2. The diaphragm is constructed from premium neoprene rubber, delivering exceptional resistance to aging and chemical corrosion, while maintaining its form even under continuous, demanding stress.
3. The push rod is made of high-grade AISI420 with a nickel-plated finish, offering superior smoothness and excellent corrosion resistance.
4. The guide bushing is made from strong aluminum bronze, ensuring precise guidance and minimal deformation at low temperatures, which aids in maintaining effective air chamber sealing.
5. For the sealing, an A-type sealing ring is expertly employed below the connection of the push rod and bracket, effectively preventing the intrusion of oil, sand, or dirt.
Application Flexibility
1. All direct-acting and reverse-acting parts are universally designed to ensure interchangeability, offering significant versatility and ease of replacement.
2. The spring installation position is easily adjustable according to the stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray provides two selectable installation positions: high and low, significantly enhancing installation convenience. Meanwhile, 3, 4, or 6 springs can be configured to attain a variety of spring ranges, perfectly tailoring to specific operational needs.
3. Each specification of the actuator is paired with diverse spring options, skillfully accommodating a wide spectrum of valve sizes.
4. Two types of handwheel mechanisms are available: top-mounted and side-mounted. The side-mounted handwheel, in particular, can be fully detached from the actuator, ensuring exceptionally convenient installation.
5. The connection between the actuator and the valve employs a compression plate and sleeve structure, facilitating effortless installation and seamless on-site packing replacement.
