SNT's triple offset butterfly valve offers an exceptional bi-directional, bubble-tight shut-off. Its innovative geometry is engineered to ensure that the disc seal gently contacts the body seat solely at the final shut-off phase. This unique design eliminates any rubbing or galling, and instead, relies on a torque-generated resilient seal. The result is a precision 'wedging' effect that guarantees a consistent and uniform seal contact, ensuring reliability and durability.

The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - The ingenious shaft is strategically offset behind the seat axis, ingeniously allowing thorough sealing contact to encompass the seat entirely.
Offset 2 - By offsetting the shaft centerline from both the pipe and valve, it brilliantly enables interference-free opening and closing, enhancing operational efficiency.
Offset 3 - Ingeniously, the seat cone axis is offset from the shaft centerline. This strategic positioning eradicates friction during the valve's closing and opening, ensuring a seamless operation while achieving a uniform and compressive seal across the entire seat.

The enhanced sealing face construction significantly extends the service life of the valve, approaching a state of near-zero maintenance.

With a stepped seal design to prevent blowouts, this feature ensures utmost security. Additionally, the integral stem made from high-strength material is engineered to handle increased pressure drops efficiently.

The innovative stem and disk driving method employs an offset round pin, cleverly circumventing any weakening of the stem due to drilling. This advancement enhances both the shearing strength of the round pin and the overall reliability and safety of the system.

Our stem sealing is crafted from high-temperature resistant non-metallic materials, preventing particle-laden fluids from infiltrating the bearing. This ensures smooth operation, free from any locking or jamming issues.

Dynamic loading and compensation of Belleville springs in the packing system revolutionize valve performance by eliminating emissions to adhere to the ta-luft standard. The packing box is meticulously crafted using rolling and pressing techniques, while the stem undergoes precise processing for optimal results.
