When compared to pneumatic piston actuators, this actuator stands out with its superior high regulation precision and remarkably lightweight framework. It's engineered for versatility andcan be seamlessly utilized in efficient cut-off applications. By integrating pneumatic control valves, boosters, and quick exhaust valves, this actuator ensures rapid cut-off operations with remarkable speed, achieving cut-off times as swift as 1 second.

Service Life
1. The diaphragm cover is made of stamped steel with a galvanized and painted surface for corrosion resistance. The paint is designed to be durable and not easily peel off. The actuator bracket is made from cast or forged steel, ensuring a robust and reliable structure.
2. The diaphragm is constructed from neoprene rubber, offering excellent resistance to aging, chemical corrosion, and maintaining its shape under continuous stress.
3. The push rod is made of AISI420 with a nickel-plated surface, providing high smoothness and corrosion resistance.
4. The guide bushing is made from aluminum bronze, ensuring good guidance and minimal deformation at low temperatures, which maintains good air chamber sealing.
5. For the sealing, an A-type sealing ring is used below the connection point of the push rod and bracket to prevent oil, sand, or dirt from penetrating.
Application Flexibility
1. All direct-acting and reverse-acting parts are universal to ensure interchangeability.
2. The spring installation position can be adjusted according to the stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray offers two installation positions: high and low, making installation convenient. Meanwhile, 3, 4, or 6 springs can be configured to achieve different spring ranges.
3. Each specification of the actuator comes with various spring options, accommodating a wide range of valve sizes.
4. There are two types of handwheel mechanisms: top-mounted and side-mounted. The side-mounted handwheel, in particular, can be completely detached from the actuator, making installation very convenient.
5. The connection between the actuator and the valve uses a compression plate and sleeve structure, facilitating easy installation and convenient on-site replacement of packing.
