This advanced design ensures that the disc seal engages with the body seat only at the final shut-off position, effectively eliminating any unwanted friction or wear. The result is a torque-generated resilient seal that employs a robust 'wedging' action, guaranteeing consistent and reliable seal contact across all operations.
The Triple Offset GeometryOffset 1 - The shaft is strategically offset behind the seat axis. This design innovation facilitates comprehensive sealing contact across the entire seat, ensuring optimal performance.
Offset 2 - By offsetting the shaft centerline from the pipe and valve, this feature provides a seamless, interference-free operation during both the opening and closing phases of the valve.
Offset 3 - The seat cone axis is precisely offset from the shaft centerline. This key aspect eliminates friction during operation, ensuring a consistent, compressive seal around the entire seat, enhancing the valve's durability and effectiveness.
Valve Construction
The design of the triple-eccentric mechanism is engineered for the most demanding service conditions, including extreme temperatures and pressures. This innovative design minimizes leakage and ensures a non-friction and low torque operation. Remarkably, the greater the fluid force, the more effective the seal becomes.
Integral Structure of Seat Ring and Body: By utilizing a high-strength alloy for the sealing face surfacing, this structure guarantees exceptional reliability and extends the service life, minimizing the need for maintenance to nearly zero.
This ensures the durability of the sealing face and significantly lengthens the valve's operational lifespan, making it almost maintenance-free.
Stepped Sealed for Anti-Blowout: This feature ensures security while the high-strength material of the integral stem enhances the capacity for allowable pressure drops.
Stem and Disk Driving Method Using Offset Round Pin: By avoiding strength reduction from drilling, this method enhances the shearing strength of the round pin, boosting overall reliability and security.
Stem Sealing Design: With high-temperature resistant non-metallic materials, the stem sealing effectively prevents particle-laden fluids from entering the bearing, thereby avoiding lock or jam issues.
Belleville Springs-Dynamic Loading and Compensation: The packing system features dynamic loading and compensation through Belleville springs. The packing box hole utilizes rolling and pressing processes, and the stem is precisely processed to eliminate emissions, meeting the stringent TA-Luft standards.
Various Sealing Options: Choose from multi-layer composite sealed, multi-layer all-metal sealed, or integral all-metal sealed options to suit different service conditions. The multi-layer composite sealing is flexible, ensuring a superior fit between seat and seal ring, complying with ANSI VI leakage class standards.
Thrust Collar: The stem-protecting thrust collar prevents the accumulation of particles or coking substances in the dead angle area between the stem and body, thus avoiding jams. When flow reverses, it prevents the stem from shifting due to fluid force, thereby reducing the risk of significant leakage.
