Actuator Features

 

Self-Operated Pressure Regulator with CF3m Valve Body and Butt Welding

Figure 1a presents an innovative solution designed to expertly manage post-control valve pressure regulation. This pressure-closed type valve operates with precision: as the medium gracefully travels into the valve body following the arrow's path, it is elegantly outputted by the valve seat and spool after a meticulous throttling process. Meanwhile, an alternate route through the pressure tube (notably when dealing with steam plus condenser) directs the medium into the actuator, where it interacts with the diaphragm. This interaction prompts the spool to enact a corresponding displacement, achieving both pressure reduction and stabilization seamlessly. In an event where the post-valve pressure elevates, the enhanced force on the diaphragm compresses the spring, ingeniously driving the spool to constrict valve opening until equilibrium is restored to the set pressure value. Figure 1b showcases a sophisticated regulator dedicated to the artful control of pre-valve pressure, operating in a pressure open mode. The fluid medium enters the valve body gracefully, guided by the arrow, and is skillfully outputted following a precise throttling process by the valve seat and spool. Another path, via the pressure tube (particularly with steam plus condenser), introduces the medium to the actuator, where it interfaces with the diaphragm, causing the spool to undergo a calculated displacement. This ensures effective pressure relief and stabilization. If the pre-valve pressure rises, the force exerted on the diaphragm intensifies, compressing the spring and ingeniously increasing the valve opening until the pre-valve pressure harmonizes with the set value. Alternatively, a decrease in pre-valve pressure leads to diminished diaphragm force; however, the spring's counteraction drives the spool to decrease the valve opening, restoring the pressure to the set level. When the pre-valve pressure is below the set value, the valve remains securely closed.
