This ensures maximum efficiency and functionality. However, should spatial constraints arise, the valve may be installed upside down or diagonally, but only if absolutely necessary. (Note: if the medium is confirmed to be impeccably clean, installation of part 3 can be deemed unnecessary for a streamlined operation)

 

In the case of steam or high viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve is best installed in an upside-down position on a horizontal pipe. This orientation aids in maintaining the valve's precision and reliability, ensuring seamless regulation in demanding conditions.

Meanwhile, an ingenious pressure tube (with steam plus condenser) channels the medium into the actuator to engage the diaphragm, prompting the spool to perform a precise dance of displacement that ensures pressure reduction and stabilization. Should the pressure post-valve ascend, the diaphragm responds with increased force, compressing the spring and adeptly steering the spool to minimize valve opening until harmony is restored at the set pressure. In contrast, a decline in post-valve pressure results in decreased diaphragm force, allowing the spring's reaction to guide the spool, expanding valve opening and restoring equilibrium at the set value.
