SNT VALVE is at the forefront of innovative research in high-temperature flue gas facility butterfly valve solutions.To address these prevailing issues, SNT VALVE has pioneered the four- stemeccentric butterfly valve, an alternative to the traditional t ri-eccentric butterfly valve. This innovation,coupled with the aeration butterfly valve, marks a groundbreaking solution in the industry, effectively resolving long-standing challenges, and has led to the acquisition of two notable national patents: the four- stemeccentric butterfly valve (patent No. ZL201520326489.1) and the catalytic device equipped with the four-stem eccentric butterfly valve (patentNo. ZL201921719624.3). Designed specifically to meet the rigorous demands of controlling or halting pipeline media flow during the production of critical chemicals such as phthalic and maleic anhydride, this valve also finds its versatility in managing a variety of gases and liquids including hydrogen, ammonia, air, smoke, and gas within pipeline systems. Working Principle

At the heart of the robust four-link butterfly valve lies a sophisticated assembly comprising a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals, designed for precision and durability. The operation commences with the drive device imparting motion to the valve shaft and the interconnected four-link mechanism, orchestrating the valve's opening. The valve plate pivots until aligned parallel with the pipeline center, signifying a fully open position. Conversely, this precision motion reverses to close the valve plate, culminating in the valve plate's contact and compression against the valve body's sealing surface, which signifies a fully closed state. This meticulous design ensures reliable and consistent performance throughout its operational lifecycle.

Sand Blasting Surface Treatment SA2.5

The valve body is meticulously sandblasted both inside and outside, ensuring optimal cleanliness and surface preparation.

Post-sandblasting, the surface exhibits superior smoothness, providing exceptional paint adherence to withstand harsh conditions.
3.
If the oxygen content in the medium exceeds 23.5%, only external sandblasting is necessary, sparing the internal surfaces.

Painting after Surface Treatment
