3. The valve's engineering genius shines through its dual floating valve seats, which incorporate a robust soft-hard composite seal. This ensures an extended lifespan, while its automatic pressure relief feature safeguards the system by releasing excess internal cavity pressure into the pipeline when needed.
4. Enhanced with grease injection valves located at the external seats, this valve offers a proactive solution for potential leakage. By injecting sealing grease, it effectively curbs leaks caused by seal pair wear, maintaining optimal performance.
5. At the heart of clean operations lies the strategically placed drain valve at the bottom, expertly tasked with expelling accumulated impurities to keep the valve operating smoothly.

1. When fully opened, this valve aligns the guide hole in the gate with the valve body channel, ingeniously transforming it into a straight pipe section. This alignment allows for seamless direct media purging, as illustrated in the diagram above.
