3. The dual valve seats are ingeniously designed to be floating, incorporating a durable soft-hard composite seal. This ensures an extended lifespan and reliable performance. In the event of an abnormal pressure increase within the valve cavity, the smart floating valve seat will automatically release the excess pressure back into the pipeline, safeguarding system integrity.
4. Equipped with grease injection valves at the external seats of the valve body, this feature allows for immediate action in case of leakage due to seal wear. Simply inject sealing grease at these points to efficiently prevent any potential valve leakage.
5. A conveniently placed drain valve is located at the bottom of the valve body, designed to effectively discharge any accumulated impurities within the valve, maintaining optimal operation.

1. When the valve is in its fully open position, the gate's guide hole aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, creating a seamless straight pipe section. This alignment facilitates the direct purging of media, as illustrated in the diagram above.
2. During the dynamic process of opening or closing the gate, the valve seat maintains constant contact with the gate, ensuring a precise fit.
