2. With the flexibility to craft the gate in V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels, the valve excels in regulating flow. It can expertly adjust to any degree of opening, adeptly meeting the varied flow requirements of complex pipeline systems. (Refer to the diagram on the right for a visual representation.)
3. The dual valve seats are ingeniously designed to be floating, incorporating a durable soft-hard composite seal. This ensures an extended lifespan and reliable performance. In the event of an abnormal pressure increase within the valve cavity, the smart floating valve seat will automatically release the excess pressure back into the pipeline, safeguarding system integrity.
4. Equipped with grease injection valves at the external seats of the valve body, this feature allows for immediate action in case of leakage due to seal wear. Simply inject sealing grease at these points to efficiently prevent any potential valve leakage.
5. A conveniently placed drain valve is located at the bottom of the valve body, designed to effectively discharge any accumulated impurities within the valve, maintaining optimal operation.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When the valve is in its fully open position, the gate's guide hole aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, creating a seamless straight pipe section. This alignment facilitates the direct purging of media, as illustrated in the diagram above.
2. During the dynamic process of opening or closing the gate, the valve seat maintains constant contact with the gate, ensuring a precise fit. The innovative soft valve seat acts as an automatic scraper, removing impurities from the gate as it operates. This feature makes the flat gate valve exceptionally suited for managing media containing suspended particles and fibers while preventing damage to the seal surface from thermal deformation.
3. Featuring dual floating valve seats with a soft-hard composite seal, this ensures a long-lasting performance and durability, enhancing the valve's operational efficiency.
4. In scenarios where the valve cavity pressure rises abnormally, the intelligent floating valve seat is designed to automatically release the excess pressure into the pipeline, ensuring system safety and reliability.
