However, in demanding environments (such as high-temperature catalytic flue gas, gases, sulfur tail gases, and other media that may reach temperatures of 800°C), thermal expansion stress presents a significant challenge, potentially preventing the valve from opening and leading to severe issues such as tri-eccentric butterfly valve malfunctions,disrupting industrial productionand causing substantial economic setbacks, and even posing safety hazards.


At SNT VALVE, we specialize in the development and innovation of high-temperature flue gas device butterfly valves. Working Principle

The four-link butterfly valve is a sophisticated assembly comprising a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals. The valve's operation is driven by the drive device, which engages the valve shaft and the four-link mechanism. As the valve shaft rotates, it opens the valve plate, achieving a fully open position when aligned with the pipeline's center. Conversely, the reverse rotation ensures the valve plate closes, achieving full closure when it contacts and compresses against the sealing surface of the valve body. For environments where the oxygen content in the mediumum exceeds 23.5%, only external sandblasting is necessary, eliminating the need for internal treatment.
