The pressure setting is highly adaptable, allowing for effortless adjustments within a specified range. Our AOC-3000 series is thoughtfully crafted in three distinct valve forms to cater to diverse process requirements: AOC-3111 (a single-seated marvel for self-acting pressure regulation), AOC-3113 (a precision-engineered sleeve variant), and AOC-3114 (a robust double-seated option). Users are empowered to select the perfect fit based on operational conditions, including differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and specific leakage needs. Further enhancing its versatility, the AOC-3000 series offers three actuator types to suit varying process demands: the reliable diaphragm (available in both standard and reinforced options), the efficient piston, and the durable metal diaphragm (bellows). Employing a fast-opening flow characteristic, this valve promises quick response and exceptional adjustment precision (with an error margin of ≤10%). Its compact design, as opposed to the bulky hammer type pressure reducing valves, ensures ease of adjustment and space efficiency. This streamlined flow path, supplemented by a pressure tube (integrated with a condenser when the medium is steam), channels into the actuator, engaging the diaphragm. This engagement orchestrates a precise spool displacement, achieving flawless pressure reduction and stabilization. When the valve's post-pressure escalates, the diaphragm's force magnifies, compressing the spring and maneuvering the spool to curtail valve opening, aligning the pressure back to its optimal set value. An uptick in pre-valve pressure amplifies diaphragm force, compressing the spring and orchestrating the spool to widen the valve opening until the pressure subsides to the calibrated value. Conversely, a pressure drop diminishes diaphragm influence, triggering the spring's counteraction to reduce spool movement and valve opening until pressure stabilizes at the set point. In scenarios where pre-valve pressure plummets below the set threshold, the valve remains securely closed.
