3. The dual valve seats are engineered to float and feature a robust soft-hard composite seal, guaranteeing an impressively long service life. Should the valve's internal cavity pressure surge unexpectedly, the floating valve seat cleverly releases excess pressure back into the pipeline, maintaining system safety.
4. Equipped with grease injection valves at the outer seats of the valve body, this design allows for immediate intervention in case of leakage due to seal wear. Injecting sealing grease halts leakage efficiently, ensuring continuous operation without downtime.
5. A strategically placed drain valve at the bottom of the valve body efficiently expels any accumulated impurities within the valve, maintaining optimal performance.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, the gate's guide hole aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, creating a straight pipe section. This alignment allows for direct media purging, ensuring that the system remains clean and efficient (see above diagram).
2. During the gate's operational movement, the valve seat maintains consistent contact with the gate. The soft seat is specially designed to automatically clean impurities from the gate, making the flat gate valve ideal for mediums containing suspended particles and fibers, while protecting the seal surface from thermal damage.
3. Featuring floating dual valve seats with a durable soft-hard composite seal, this design promises a long-lasting operational life.
4. In scenarios where the valve cavity pressure rises unexpectedly, the floating valve seat autonomously releases high pressure back into the pipeline, safeguarding system integrity.
5. A drain valve located at the valve body's base ensures accumulated impurities are efficiently discharged, maintaining the valve's peak performance.
