Working Principle

The ingenious four-link butterfly valve design comprises a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals, all working in harmony to deliver optimal performance. The valve's operation is initiated by the drive device, which propels the valve shaft and the sophisticated four-link mechanism. When activated, the valve shaft rotates, allowing the valve plate to open fully once aligned parallel with the pipeline center. Closing the valve involves the reverse shaft rotation, during which the valve plate compresses against the sealing surface of the valve body, achieving a secure and complete shutoff. This dynamic yet precise mechanism ensures reliable control over your pipeline systems.
