The AOC-3000 Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve is a cutting-edge executive product that operates without the need for any external energy. Utilizing the energy of the regulated medium itself, this valve automatically regulates pressure, making it an energy-efficient solution. A standout feature of the AOC-3000 is its capability to function in environments devoid of electricity or gas, ensuring energy conservation. The pressure setting value can be flexibly adjusted within a specified range to meet diverse needs. The AOC-3000 self-acting pressure regulating valve is available in three distinct valve forms tailored for various process applications: AOC-3111, a single-seated valve; AOC-3113, a sleeve valve; and AOC-3114, a double-seated valve. This variety allows users to select the perfect fit based on specific working conditions, including differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage demands. Furthermore, the AOC-3000 valves offer three actuator types to suit different process needs: diaphragm (both normal and reinforced), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). This self-operated valve boasts fast-opening flow characteristics, with a highly sensitive response and superior adjustment precision (error ≤10%). The compact design of the valve, as compared to the bulkier hammer-type pressure-reducing valves, simplifies adjustment and makes it ideal for a broad range of industries. It is extensively applied in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food, light textile, machinery manufacturing, civil construction, and more, for tasks such as gas, liquid, and steam pressure reduction, pressure stabilization (post-valve adjustment), pressure relief, and pressure stabilization (pre-valve adjustment).

Figure 1a: This innovative device is specifically designed for controlling the post-control valve pressure regulator and operates in a pressure-closed mode. Here's how it works: The medium enters the valve body following the arrow's direction and, after precise throttling, exits through the valve seat and spool. Additionally, some medium is diverted via the pressure tube (in steam applications, together with a condenser) into the actuator, engaging the diaphragm to cause a precise displacement of the spool. This mechanism ensures effective pressure reduction and stabilization. When post-valve pressure rises, increased force on the diaphragm compresses the spring, driving the spool to narrow the valve opening until equilibrium is restored at the desired set pressure. Conversely, if post-valve pressure diminishes, the diaphragm's reduced pressure allows the spring to push the spool to enlarge the valve opening, thus restoring balance at the target pressure.Reliable Self-Operated Pressure Regulator with Butt Welding and CF3m
 



Figure 1b: Engineered for excellence, this regulator manages pressure in front of the valve and functions in a pressure-open mode. Here's the principle: The medium flows into the valve body from the arrow-indicated direction, proceeding through throttling and exiting via the valve seat and spool. Part of the medium is channeled through the pressure tube (in steam settings, with a condenser) to the actuator, working on the diaphragm to cause the spool's displacement, resulting in efficient pressure relief and stabilization. If the pre-valve pressure rises, the diaphragm's force increases, compressing the spring and prompting the spool to widen the valve opening until pre-valve pressure falls to the designated set level. Similarly, if pre-valve pressure drops, the diaphragm's force decreases, and the spring's reactive force moves the spool to reduce the valve opening, maintaining stability until pressure ascends to the desired set value. Notably, if pre-valve pressure falls below the set threshold, the valve remains closed, ensuring reliability.
