Its innovative triple offset geometry ensures that the disc seal only makes contact with the body seat at the precise final shut-off position, completely eliminating any rubbing or galling. This design not only offers a robust, torque-generated resilient seal but also provides optimal 'wedging' action for a consistent and reliable seal contact, ensuring superior performance in demanding applications.

The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is positioned behind the seat axis. This strategic alignment guarantees a full sealing contact encircling the entire seat, ensuring no leakage and optimal performance.
Offset 2 - With the shaft centerline thoughtfully offset from both pipe and valve, the design facilitates smooth and interference-free opening and closing, enhancing the valve's operational efficiency and longevity.
Offset 3 - The seat cone axis is expertly offset from the shaft centerline. This clever configuration eradicates friction during both closing and opening processes, achieving a uniform compressive seal across the entire seat for superior operational integrity and durability.

Versatile Sealing Options: Offering a range of seals including multi-layer composite, multi-layer all-metal, and integral all-metal seals. Choose based on specific service needs. Multi-layer composite sealing offers flexibility for optimal fit, achieving ANSI VI leakage class.

Protective Thrust Collar: This mechanism prevents particle and coking accumulation at the stem-body intersection, avoiding jamming. In reverse flow, it averts rotational displacement due to fluid force, thus minimizing leakage.
