In cases where space constraints exist, it can be adjusted to an inverted or diagonal position. (Note: If the medium is verified as clean, the installation of part 3 can be omitted.)

Ideal for environments lacking electricity or gas, this valve is an outstanding energy-saving choice. Its pressure setting can be effortlessly adjusted within a specified range to meet diverse needs. The AOC-3000 series is versatile, offering three distinct valve configurations tailored to various processing demands: 1. AOC-3111: A single-seated self-acting pressure regulating valve for precise control. 2. AOC-3113: A sleeve self-acting pressure regulating valve designed for enhanced stability. 3. AOC-3114: A double-seated self-acting pressure regulating valve for dual-layer protection. Selection is made easy based on working conditions, including differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage requirements. To further customize performance, the AOC-3000 series features three types of actuators, each suited to specific process scenarios: - Diaphragm (standard and reinforced options for varied needs) - Piston (for robust performance) - Metal diaphragm or bellows (for flexible applications) Engineered with fast-opening flow characteristics, these valves ensure precise and sensitive action, achieving an adjustment accuracy with an error margin of just ≤10%. Compact in design, they occupy minimal space compared to traditional heavy hammer-type pressure reducing valves, facilitating easier adjustments. Their applications span across a multitude of industries, including petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food processing, textiles, machinery manufacturing, and civil construction. They are indispensable for gas, liquid, and steam pressure reduction, stabilization (both pre- and post-valve), and pressure relief, making them a vital component in modern equipment.
 
Actuator Features

 

Self-Operated Pressure Regulator with A351 CF3 and Butt Welding Connections

Figure 1a illustrates the masterful design of our pressure-closed type post-control valve pressure regulator. Its operation is ingeniously simple yet remarkably effective: as the medium flows into the valve body following the indicated arrow, it is expertly throttled and guided through the valve seat and spool. Simultaneously, through the pressure tube (and with a condenser when handling steam), the medium is directed into the actuator to engage the diaphragm. This intricate interaction causes the spool to move accordingly, brilliantly achieving pressure reduction and stabilization. Should the downstream pressure rise, the diaphragm's force increases, compressing the spring and adjusting the spool to decrease the valve opening. This elegant mechanism continues until the pressure aligns with the desired setpoint. Conversely, if the pressure drops, the diaphragm's force lessens, allowing the spring's reactive force to precisely adjust the spool, thus widening the valve opening until equilibrium is restored.Self-Operated Pressure Regulator with A351 CF3 and Butt Welding Connections
 



Figure 1b showcases the sophisticated pressure-open type regulator, crafted to meticulously manage the pressure before the valve. Within this intelligent system, the medium enters the valve body as indicated by the arrow, undergoing careful throttling before emerging through the valve seat and spool. Concurrently, the medium is channeled via the pressure tube (enhanced by a condenser when dealing with steam) into the actuator, engaging the diaphragm. This interaction initiates a precise displacement of the spool, expertly facilitating pressure relief and stabilization. If the upstream pressure rises, the diaphragm's force increases, compressing the spring and prompting the spool to enhance the valve opening until the pressure subsides to the set level. Conversely, should the upstream pressure fall, the diaphragm's force diminishes, and the spring's reactive force adeptly narrows the valve opening, maintaining alignment with the set pressure level. Notably, should the pressure fall below the set threshold, the valve remains securely closed, ensuring optimum safety and control.
