Its most striking feature is its ability to operate flawlessly in remote or off-grid locations. The pressure setting is easily adjustable within a specific range to suit diverse applications. Tailored to meet various industrial demands, the AOC-3000 is available in three distinct valve configurations: the AOC-3111, a single-seated valve; the AOC-3113, a sleeve valve; and the AOC-3114, a double-seated valve. Choose according to your specific operating conditions, be it differential pressure, temperature, medium state, or leakage requirements. The versatility continues with three actuator options: diaphragm (both normal and reinforced), piston, or metal diaphragm (bellows), catering to myriad process scenarios. Crafted with fast-opening flow characteristics, the AOC-3000 promises precise adjustment accuracy with minimal error (≤10%). Figure 1a: This sophisticated device artfully manages the pressure of the post-control valve through its pressure-closed action mode. Here's the fascinating mechanism: the medium majestically enters the valve body guided by the arrow, then gracefully exits via the valve seat and spool after a meticulous throttling process. Concurrently, the pressure tube-especially vital when dealing with steam combined with a condenser-channels the medium to engage the actuator, deftly manipulating the diaphragm. This interaction leads to the spool executing a precise movement, accomplishing both pressure reduction and stabilization. In scenarios where post-valve pressure escalates, an increased force upon the diaphragm compresses the spring, prompting the spool, and intuitively decreasing the valve's aperture until the pressure stabilizes to the pre-set threshold. Conversely, should the post-valve pressure dwindle, the diaphragm's influence diminishes, allowing the spring's reactive force to expand the valve's aperture, restoring pressure to its designated level.

Observe the extraordinary principle: the medium enters the valve body, directed by the arrow, and makes its exit post-throttling through the valve seat and spool.
