Built to endure, the actuator bracket is made from either cast steel or forged steel, guaranteeing a structure that is both firm and reliable.
Engineered with neoprene, the diaphragm offers superior resistance to aging, chemical attacks, and maintains its integrity even under continuous stress, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The push rod is made from AISI420, featuring a surface that is extruded and nickel-plated. This combination provides an excellent finish and outstanding resistance to corrosion.
With an aluminum bronze construction, the guide bushing offers excellent guidance and minimal deformation at low temperatures, ensuring optimal sealing of the air chamber.
To safeguard against oil, sand, or dirt intrusion, the lower connection between the push rod and bracket is secured with an A-type sealing ring.
Application Flexibility for Diverse Needs
All positive and reactive parts are designed for interchangeability, offering versatility and adaptability.
One can adjust the spring installation position according to the stroke requirements. The integrally cast aluminum tray can be installed in two distinct positions, high or low, providing installation convenience and options. Furthermore, the choice to install 3, 4, or 6 springs allows for
customizing various spring ranges tailored to specific needs.
Each actuator specification includes a diverse selection of travel springs, enabling compatibility with a vast range of valve diameters.
For further customization, two types of hand wheel mechanisms are available: a top-mounted handwheel and a side-mounted handwheel. The side-mounted option, in particular, offers the advantage of being completely
detachable from the actuator, making installation exceedingly convenient.
The seamless connection between the actuator and the valve is achieved through
a pressing plate and sleeve structure, facilitating easy on-site installation and packing replacement.

Service Life
1. The diaphragmis constructed usingstamped steel witha galvanized and painted surface, offering exceptional corrosion resistance. Designed to withstand the test of time, the paint is durable and resistant to peeling. The actuator bracket, made from either cast or forged steel, promises unmatched structural integrity and reliability.
2. The diaphragm is constructed from neoprene rubber, offering excellent resistance to aging, chemical corrosion, and maintaining its shape under continuous stress.

4. The guide bushing is made from aluminum bronze, ensuring good guidance and minimal deformation at low temperatures, which maintains good air chamber sealing.
5. For the sealing, an A-type sealing ring is used below the connection point of the push rod and bracket to prevent oil, sand, or dirt from penetrating.
Application Flexibility
1. All direct-acting and reverse-acting parts are universal to ensure interchangeability.
2. The spring installation position can be adjusted according to the stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray offers two installation positions: high and low, making installation convenient. Meanwhile, 3, 4, or 6 springs can be configured to achieve different spring ranges.
3. Each specification of the actuator comes with various spring options, accommodating a wide range of valve sizes.
4. There are two types of handwheel mechanisms: top-mounted and side-mounted. The side-mounted handwheel, in particular, can be completely detached from the actuator, making installation very convenient.
5. The connection between the actuator and the valve uses a compression plate and sleeve structure, facilitating easy installation and convenient on-site replacement of packing.
