Figure 1a, an essential component for controlling the post-control valve pressure regulator, showcases a pressure-closed valve action mode. Its operational principle is ingeniously designed: as the medium enters the valve body following the arrow's direction, it undergoes a precise throttling process via the valve seat and spool. Simultaneously, through the pressure tube (with steam media supplemented by a condenser), the medium is channeled into the actuator to engage the diaphragm. This interaction prompts a corresponding spool displacement, efficiently achieving pressure reduction and stabilization. In scenarios where the post-valve pressure escalates, the diaphragm's force intensifies, compressing the spring. This action drives the spool to adjust the valve opening, precisely maintaining the desired pressure.
