4. Strategically located grease injection valves on the valve body's external seats offer a practical solution for sealing wear. Should leakage occur, simply inject sealing grease to effortlessly maintain an impeccable seal and prevent valve leakage.
5. To enhance functionality, a drain valve is thoughtfully installed at the bottom of the valve body, enabling the efficient discharge of accumulated impurities within the valve.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, the gate's guide hole aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, forming a flawless straight pipe section that allows for uninterrupted media flow and direct purging (see above diagram).
2. As the gate travels during the opening or closing phase, the valve seat maintains constant contact and alignment with the gate. The soft valve seat ingeniously scrapes impurities from the gate, making the flat gate valve ideal for handling media containing suspended particles and fibers while safeguarding the seal surface from thermal deformation damage.
3. Designed for longevity, the floating valve seats with a soft-hard composite seal deliver a long-lasting performance.
4. In the event of abnormal rises in valve cavity pressure, the innovative floating valve seat automatically releases the excess pressure, maintaining equilibrium within the pipeline.
