Tailored for various process demands, the AOC-3000 is available in three distinct valve configurations: AOC-3111 (single-seated), AOC-3113 (sleeve), and AOC-3114 (double-seated), empowering users to select based on working conditions, including differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage requirements. Furthermore, the AOC-3000 offers three actuator types: diaphragm (available in normal and reinforced variants), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows), ensuring adaptability for diverse processes. With its fast-opening flow characteristics, this valve delivers exceptionally sensitive responses and precise adjustments (with an impressive error margin of ≤10%). Its compact design, compared to the bulky hammer-type pressure reducing valves, allows for easy installation and adjustment, making it a preferred choice in industries such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food, light textile, machinery manufacturing, civil construction, and more. Figure 1a showcases a sophisticated mechanism designed to manage the pressure in a post-control valve using a pressure-closed action mode. Here's the impressive process in action: As the medium makes its entrance into the valve body, guided by the direction of the arrow, it passes through the valve seat and spool, undergoing precise throttling. Simultaneously, it navigates through a pressure tube-enhanced with a condenser for steam mediums-and engages the actuator, activating the diaphragm. This orchestrated movement triggers a corresponding displacement of the spool, expertly calibrating the pressure reduction and stabilization. When the post-valve pressure surges, the diaphragm experiences an increased force, compressing the spring and driving the spool to expertly minimize the valve opening until equilibrium is restored. Conversely, should the pressure decline, the diaphragm's force diminishes, allowing the spring's reactionary push to expand the valve opening, ensuring pressure returns to the designated set value with unparalleled precision.
Figure 1b presents a regulator engineered to adeptly manage the pressure ahead of the valve, utilizing a pressure open action mode. Here's the process in detail: The medium flows into the valve body, aligning with the arrow's direction, and exits through the valve seat and spool, undergoing precise throttling. Mounting Method
For optimal performance in regulating pressure of gas or low viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type of self-operated pressure regulating valve by SNT Machinery (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. is recommended to be installed in an upright position on a horizontal pipe. However, if spatial constraints demand, it can be installed upside down or diagonally. In instances where the medium is confirmed to be clean, component part 3 can be omitted to streamline the installation process.
When dealing with steam or high viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 self-operated pressure regulating valve is optimally installed upside down on a horizontal pipe. This setup ensures the highest efficiency and stability in regulating challenging media.
