The AOC-3000 comes in three distinct valve configurations to cater to diverse process demands: - AOC-3111: Single-Seated Self-Acting Pressure Regulating Valve - AOC-3113: Sleeve Self-Acting Pressure Regulating Valve - AOC-3114: Double-Seated Self-Acting Pressure Regulating Valve Select the ideal configuration based on specific working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage criteria. Moreover, the AOC-3000 offers three types of actuators, tailored to suit varied process scenarios: diaphragm (standard and reinforced), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). With its fast-opening flow characteristics, it ensures ultra-sensitive operation and high precision in adjustments (with an error margin of ≤10%). Compact in design, unlike the bulky heavy hammer type pressure reducing valves, it offers ease of adjustment. Widely acclaimed across industries, the AOC-3000 is extensively employed in sectors like petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food, light textile, machinery manufacturing, and civil construction. It excels in managing pressure reduction, stabilization (both post-valve and pre-valve adjustments), relief, and stabilization for gases, liquids, and steam, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
 
Actuator Features

Figure 1a showcases the elegant engineering of the post-control valve pressure regulator, perfectly designed for the pressure-closed operational mode. The sophisticated action principle unfolds as follows: the medium gracefully flows into the valve body following the directional arrow, undergoing a meticulous process of throttling before being outputted by the valve seat and spool. In an alternate path, through the pressure tube (accompanied by a condenser when the medium is steam), it is introduced into the actuator, elegantly engaging the diaphragm. This engagement induces a precise displacement of the spool, accomplishing the dual objectives of pressure reduction and stabilization. As the pressure on the valve's output side escalates, the diaphragm's force intensifies, skillfully compressing the spring and mobilizing the spool to reduce the valve's aperture until the pressure returns to the designated level. Figure 1b illustrates the regulator's adept functionality in managing the pressure upstream of the valve, operating with a sophisticated pressure-open action mode. The operational principle is as follows: the medium enters the valve body as indicated by the arrow, undergoing a controlled throttling process before being released by the valve seat and spool. In a parallel path, facilitated by the pressure tube (and a condenser in the presence of steam), the medium is introduced to the actuator, activating the diaphragm. This activation prompts a deliberate displacement of the spool, achieving pressure relief and stabilization with precision. When upstream pressure increases, the diaphragm exerts greater force, effectively compressing the spring and expanding the valve's aperture, encouraging pressure to revert to the set parameter. In contrast, as upstream pressure diminishes, the diaphragm's force reduces, and the spring's reactive force commands the spool to constrict the valve's aperture until the pressure ascends to its intended setting. Should the upstream pressure fall below the set threshold, the valve remains persistently closed, ensuring optimal control.
