Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves

The Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves feature an innovative sealing structure with two parallel gates and a wedging device, replacing the conventional wedge gate valve structure. This innovative mechanism ensures continuous sealing even under temperature-induced deformations, preventing jamming caused by thermal expansion.

Upon opening, the valve's sealing disk and seat disengage before rising due to the wedge block effect, significantly reducing friction on sealing surfaces. This results in minimal torque requirements for easy operation and an extended service life. This design effectively resolves issues such as the significant lifting force needed for single gate initiation, wear on sealing surfaces, suboptimal sealing, brief service life, and high-temperature jamming, thereby enhancing both the valve's sealing proficiency and longevity.
