The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is positioned offset behind the seat axis. This strategic offset allows for complete sealing contact that encircles the entire seat, enhancing the valve's sealing proficiency.
Offset 2 - The shaft's centerline is meticulously offset from both the pipe and the valve. This intelligent design choice ensures interference-free opening and closing, which enhances the valve's operational efficiency and longevity.
Offset 3 - Ingeniously, the seat cone axis is set offset from the shaft centerline. This strategic alignment eliminates any friction during the valve's closing and opening. It also facilitates a consistent compressive seal, achieving uniform sealing across the entire seat for optimal performance.
