The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is offset behind the seat axis, facilitating complete and flawless sealing contact across the entire seat, ensuring unparalleled reliability and performance.
Offset 2 - This configuration strategically positions the shaft centerline offset from both the pipe and valve, ensuring interference-free operations with smooth opening and closing of the valve, enhancing operational efficiency.
Offset 3 - By offsetting the seat cone axis from the shaft centerline, this valve effectively eliminates friction during both closing and opening processes. This results in a uniform and compressive sealing action across the entire seat, offering exceptional durability and consistent performance.

A variety of sealing options are available, including multi-layer composite sealed, multi-layer all-metal sealed, and integral all-metal sealed, offering flexibility to suit diverse service conditions. The multi-layer composite seal provides enhanced adaptability, ensuring optimal alignment between the seat ring and sealing ring, meeting ANSI VI leakage standards.

Equipped with a protective thrust collar, this feature prevents particle or coking build-up in the dead angle between the stem and body, thus preventing jamming. Moreover, it averts potential stem displacement due to reverse fluid force, minimizing leakage risks.

Maintenance is rendered exceptionally hassle-free thanks to the high precision of parts and components, allowing for on-
