The ZZY type self-operating pressure regulating valves are ingeniously designed to function without the need for any external energy sources. Operating Principle

When tasked with controlling downstream pressure (ZZYP-B type), the valve excels in pressure reduction and stabilization. If the downstream pressure surpasses the predetermined set value, the valve automatically advances towards closure and ultimately shuts off. Conversely, when the downstream pressure is below the desired set value, the valve remains open, adeptly compensating the pressure to maintain equilibrium.

In scenarios where controlling upstream pressure is paramount (ZZYP-K type), the valve is engineered to provide unparalleled safety pressure relief and stabilization. Should the upstream pressure exceed the predefined set value, the valve instinctively opens and achieves a fully open state. Conversely, if the upstream pressure is below this set threshold, the valve remains resolutely closed, safeguarding the system effectively.
