Our valve plate and seat are fortified with advanced hardening techniques, including hard alloy overlay welding and surface spraying with Co-Cr-Ni alloy, WC, and boron, achieving an impressive surface hardness of HRC90 or above. This not only enhances durability but also imbues the valve with self-cleaning capabilities, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Exceptional Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves

The Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves utilize an advanced sealing structure consisting of two parallel gates and a wedging device, replacing the conventional wedge gate valve. This innovative design separates sealing mechanism components, preventing jamming even during temperature-induced expansions.

Upon opening, the sealing disk and valve seat disengage and ascend due to the wedge block effect, significantly reducing friction between sealing surfaces. This results in minimal torque, effortless operation, and extended service life. This design effectively addresses challenges such as high torque demand for single gate initiation, sealing surface wear, suboptimal sealing, short lifespan, and high-temperature opening and closing jams, thereby significantly enhancing sealing performance and durability.
