The 1-X250 series straight-stroke pneumatic diaphragm actuator is ingeniously crafted with a single-spring structure, distinguishing it from its 1-X280 counterpart. This model is specially tailored for long-stroke control, offering a remarkable maximum stroke of 250mm. Compared to conventional pneumatic piston actuators, the 1-X250 series stands out with its unparalleled adjustment precision and lightweight construction. 1. The diaphragmis expertly covered with precision-engineered stamped steel, featuring a dual-layer protection that is galvanized and painted to resist corrosion.The finish is crafted to be long-lasting and resistant to peeling, while the actuator bracket, made from cast or forged steel, ensures robustness and reliability.

2. The diaphragm is constructed from neoprene rubber, offering excellent resistance to aging, chemical corrosion, and maintaining its shape under continuous stress.

3. The push rod is made of AISI420 with a nickel-plated surface, providing high smoothness and corrosion resistance.

4. The guide bushing is made from aluminum bronze, ensuring good guidance and minimal deformation at low temperatures, which maintains good air chamber sealing.

5. For the sealing, an A-type sealing ring is used below the connection point of the push rod and bracket to prevent oil, sand, or dirt from penetrating.



Application Flexibility

1. All direct-acting and reverse-acting parts are universal to ensure interchangeability.

2. The spring installation position can be adjusted according to the stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray offers two installation positions: high and low, making installation convenient. Meanwhile, 3, 4, or 6 springs can be configured to achieve different spring ranges.

3. Each specification of the actuator comes with various spring options, accommodating a wide range of valve sizes.

4. There are two types of handwheel mechanisms: top-mounted and side-mounted. The side-mounted handwheel, in particular, can be completely detached from the actuator, making installation very convenient.

5. The connection between the actuator and the valve uses a compression plate and sleeve structure, facilitating easy installation and convenient on-site replacement of packing.
