3. Designed with durability in mind, the valve features two floating seats with a soft-hard composite seal, promising an extended service lifespan. In the event of an abnormal pressure surge within the valve's internal cavity, these seats instinctively release the excess pressure into the pipeline, safeguarding the system.
4. Ingeniously equipped with grease injection valves at the external seats of the valve body, this system allows for seamless sealing maintenance. Should leakage occur due to seal wear, simply inject sealing grease to efficiently prevent any valve leakage.
5. Strategically placed at the bottom of the valve body, a drain valve ensures that any accumulated impurities can be effortlessly discharged, maintaining optimal valve performance.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When the valve stands fully open, the guide hole in the gate aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, forming a straight, unobstructed pipe section. This allows for straightforward media purging, ensuring seamless operation (see above diagram).
2. During the gate's dynamic opening or closing journey, the valve seat maintains continuous contact with the gate. The soft valve seat is ingeniously capable of automatically cleaning impurities off the gate during operation, making the flat gate valve an ideal choice for handling media with suspended particles and fibers. This also prevents any potential damage to the seal surface due to valve body thermal deformation.
