The AOC-3000 adapts to a variety of process needs with three distinct valve forms: the AOC-3111 single-seated valve, the AOC-3113 sleeve valve, and the AOC-3114 double-seated valve. This versatility allows users to select the best fit based on working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage requirements. Complementing its adaptable valve forms, the AOC-3000 also comes with three actuator types to suit diverse process scenarios: a diaphragm (both standard and reinforced), a piston, and a metal diaphragm (bellows). The fast-opening flow characteristics of the AOC-3000 ensure responsive action and exceptional adjustment precision (with an error rate of ≤10%). Despite its advanced capabilities, the valve is compact-far smaller than traditional heavy hammer pressure reducing valves-and offers ease of adjustment.
