The AOC-3000 adapts to a variety of process needs with three distinct valve forms: the AOC-3111 single-seated valve, the AOC-3113 sleeve valve, and the AOC-3114 double-seated valve. This versatility allows users to select the best fit based on working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage requirements. Complementing its adaptable valve forms, the AOC-3000 also comes with three actuator types to suit diverse process scenarios: a diaphragm (both standard and reinforced), a piston, and a metal diaphragm (bellows). The fast-opening flow characteristics of the AOC-3000 ensure responsive action and exceptional adjustment precision (with an error rate of ≤10%). Actuator Features

 

Figure 1a showcases an ingenious method to control the post-control valve pressure regulator with a state-of-the-art pressure-closed operation mode. The action principle unfolds as the medium gracefully glides into the valve body, guided by the arrow's direction, before exiting via the meticulously engineered valve seat and spool after precise throttling. A secondary pathway through the pressure tube (utilized as a condenser when interfaced with steam) seamlessly introduces the medium to the actuator, prompting the diaphragm into action. This interaction induces a precise displacement of the spool, orchestrating a harmonious balance of pressure reduction and stabilization. As the pressure post-valve intensifies, the diaphragm experiences elevated force, spring compression occurs, and the spool adjusts to constrict the valve opening, restoring the pressure to its pre-set serenity. In contrast, should the pressure behind the valve wane, the diaphragm's force diminishes, allowing the spring's resilience to expand the valve opening, thus recalibrating the pressure to its intended equilibrium.

 

Figure 1b illustrates a sophisticated regulator designed to artfully manage pressure in front of the valve, featuring an innovative pressure open mode. The operational principle is expressed as the medium gracefully enters the valve body, guided by the arrow's direction, before making its exit through the precisely engineered valve seat and spool after adept throttling. A secondary route through the pressure tube (transformed into a condenser when interfacing with steam) seamlessly introduces the medium to the actuator, igniting the diaphragm into action. Mounting Method

 

For optimal performance in gas or low-viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve is ideally mounted upright on a horizontal pipeline. Only in situations where spatial constraints exist should it be installed upside down or at an angle. If the medium is confirmed to be clean, the installation of part 3 can be optional, offering flexible adaptability in various environments.

 

In applications involving steam or high-viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve is typically mounted upside down on a horizontal pipeline to ensure efficient regulation and control.
