In severe services ofhigh temperature and high differential pressure, SNT's multi-stage trim promises accurate control and long life, free from cavitation erosion and noise problems, whether the fluid is compressive or non-compressive. This series is multi-advantageous in that its improved performance and durability allows maintenance cost reduction and system simplification. Since such ancillaries as diffusers and silencers are not necessary, equipment cost can be reduced too. From 6862. 7500. 9000, depending on the fluid condition, most suitable modelcan be selected comparing functions and prices.

The multi-stage pressure-reducing combined labyrinth control valve's core throttling component is composed of multiple stacked metal discs with labyrinth grooves. As fluid flows through the labyrinth channels, it undergoes multiple collisions and turns, dissipating energy. This process controls the flow rate while progressively reducing pressure. It is generally used in special scenarios with high temperature and high-pressure drops, such as in nuclear power and power plants. The working medium is mostly superheated steam, but it can also be used for liquid mediums.
