Product Description

The AOC-3000 self-operated pressure regulating valve is an executive product that does not require any external energy and is automatically regulated by using the regulated medium's own energy. The most important feature of this product is that it can be used in places where there is no electricity or gas, while saving energy. The pressure setting value can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range.The AOC-3000 self-acting pressure regulating valve is available in three valve forms according to the needs of various process occasions: AOC-3111 (single-seated self-acting pressure regulating valve); AOC-3113 (sleeve self-acting pressure regulating valve); AOC-3114 (double-seated self-acting pressure regulating valve). Users can choose according to the working conditions (differential pressure, temperature, medium state) and leakage requirements.AOC-3000 self-acting pressure regulating valves are available in three actuator types according to the needs of various process situations: diaphragm (normal and reinforced diaphragm), piston, metal diaphragm (bellows).AOC-3000 type self-operated pressure regulating valve adopts fast-opening flow characteristics, with sensitive action and high adjustment accuracy (error ≤10%); the valve occupies little space (compared to the heavy hammer type pressure reducing valve) and is easy to adjust, so it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food, light textile, machinery manufacturing, civil construction and other equipment of gas, liquid and steam pressure reduction, pressure stabilization (for post-valve adjustment ), pressure relief, pressure stabilization (for pre-valve adjustment).

Figure 1a, used to control the post-control valve pressure regulator, the valve action mode for the pressure-closed type. The principle of action is as follows: the medium flows into the valve body in the direction of the arrow, and is outputted by the valve seat and spool after throttling. The other way through the pressure tube (when the medium is steam plus condenser) is introduced into the actuator act on the diaphragm, so that the spool then occurs corresponding displacement, to achieve the purpose of pressure reduction, pressure stabilization. If the pressure after the valve increases, the force on the diaphragm increases, compressing the spring and driving the spool, reducing the valve opening until the pressure after the valve drops to the set value. Similarly, if the pressure behind the valve decreases, the force acting on the diaphragm decreases, and due to the reaction force of the spring, the spool is driven to increase the opening of the valve until the pressure behind the valve rises to the set value.Automatic Pressure Regulator for Self-Operated Systems

When the valve is used in gas or low viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve is normally installed upright on a horizontal pipe, and only installed upside down or diagonally when the location space does not allow. (When the medium is confirmed to be clean, part 3 may not be installed)
