2. The gate canal can be masterfully crafted in V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal forms. This precision engineering provides unparalleled regulating prowess, seamlessly accommodating various opening degrees to meet the dynamic flow demands of your pipeline systems (refer to the illustration on the right).
3. Ingeniously designed, the dual valve seats float and feature a soft-hard composite seal, extending the valve's lifespan significantly. In the event of abnormal internal cavity pressure, the automatic release feature allows the floating valve seat to vent excess high pressure into the pipeline effortlessly.
4. Strategically placed grease injection valves on the valve's external seats are at your disposal. Should leakage occur due to seal wear, simply inject sealing grease here to effectively curb any seepage.
5. A drain valve, conveniently located at the valve body's base, efficiently removes collected impurities, ensuring optimal valve performance.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. In the fully open position, the guide hole is perfectly aligned with the valve body channel, transforming into a straight pipe that allows for direct and thorough media purging (see the diagram above).
2. Throughout the opening and closing sequence, the valve seat maintains a consistent fit with the gate. Impressively, the soft seat auto-scrapes impurities from the gate, thereby making the flat gate valve an ideal choice for media rich in suspended particles and fibers. It also diligently safeguards the seal surface against thermal deformation of the valve body.
3. With dual floating valve seats and a durable soft-hard composite seal, this valve promises a remarkably extended service life.
4. Should the pressure within the valve cavity rise unexpectedly, the floating valve seat intelligently responds by relieving excess high pressure into the pipeline.
5. Positioned at the bottom of the valve body, the drain valve serves to expel accumulated impurities, keeping the valve's operation smooth and efficient.
