Furthermore, the surfaces of the valve plate and seat are expertly hardened through techniques such as hard alloy overlay welding and surface spraying with Co-Cr-Ni alloy, WC, and boron. This process not only enhances durability but also endows the valve with a self-cleaning capability, achieving an impressive surface hardness of up to HRC90 or above.
