The AOC-3000 series is crafted to perfection with three distinct valve forms, each designed to cater to specific process requirements: AOC-3111 (single-seated), AOC-3113 (sleeve), and AOC-3114 (double-seated). For further customization, the AOC-3000 valves come with three actuator types that enhance their versatility across various processes: diaphragm (standard and reinforced), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). The process begins as the medium enters the valve body along the direction indicated by the arrow, undergoing precise throttling by the valve seat and spool. A secondary route through the pressure tube (enhanced with a condenser for steam mediums) introduces the medium to the actuator, where it directly influences the diaphragm. This action prompts the spool to make a calculated displacement, achieving optimal pressure reduction and stabilization. When the downstream pressure surges, the resultant force on the diaphragm intensifies, compressing the spring and guiding the spool to diminish the valve opening until equilibrium is restored at the preset pressure level.
