This eliminates any rubbing or galling, delivering a torque-generated, resilient seal with an optimal 'wedging' effect that guarantees a consistent and uniform seal contact every time.

The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously positioned, the shaft is offset behind the seat axis, allowing for flawless sealing contact around the entire seat, ensuring complete reliability.
Offset 2 - With the shaft centerline strategically offset from both the pipe and valve, this design feature ensures unobstructed, interference-free valve opening and closing, enhancing operational efficiency.
Offset 3 - The seat cone axis is carefully offset from the shaft centerline, which effectively eliminates friction during valve operations. This design precision achieves uniform compressive sealing across the entire seat, enhancing both performance and longevity.

Stepped Sealed for Anti-Blowing Out: By guaranteeing security, the integral stem made from high-strength material significantly enhances allowable pressure drops, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions.

Innovative Stem and Disk Drive Method: Utilizing the offset of a round pin, this design prevents any reduction in stem strength due to drilling. It significantly enhances the shearing strength and boosts the overall reliability and security of the valve.
