For optimal performance, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve, crafted for gas or low viscosity liquid media, is best mounted upright on a horizontal pipe. If spatial constraints arise, it may be installed upside down or diagonally. In scenarios where the medium is confirmed to be impeccably clean, part 3 installation can be gracefully omitted.

 

Designed to conquer steam or high viscosity liquid media, the AOC-3111 type self-operated pressure regulating valve is ideally positioned upside down on a horizontal pipe, ensuring superior functionality and reliability.

Users can select the ideal configuration based on working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and specific leakage criteria. To further enhance adaptability, AOC-3000 valves offer a choice among three actuator types to suit different process needs: the conventional and reinforced diaphragm, piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). As the medium flows smoothly into the valve body, it undergoes careful throttling by the valve seat and spool, delivering unparalleled performance. Ingeniously, the medium also channels through a pressure tube (enhanced by a condenser for steam applications) to the actuator, impacting the diaphragm. This results in precise spool displacement, achieving the desired pressure management seamlessly. When post-valve pressure heightens, the diaphragm's force intensifies, compressing the spring and driving the spool to precisely decrease valve opening, restoring pressure to the set value. Conversely, a drop in post-valve pressure reduces diaphragm force, and the spring's resilience propels the spool to widen the valve opening, elevating pressure back to the predefined standard.
