Introducing the AOC-3000 Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve, an innovative marvel that operates independently without the need for external energy, harnessing the regulated medium's own force for seamless operation. This cutting-edge product is designed for environments devoid of electricity or gas, offering an eco-friendly solution while delivering exceptional energy efficiency. With flexibility at its core, the pressure setting value can be effortlessly adjusted within a defined range to meet diverse requirements. Tailored to accommodate various process scenarios, the AOC-3000 series is available in three distinct valve forms: AOC-3111 - a single-seated self-acting pressure regulating valve; AOC-3113 - a sleeve self-acting pressure regulating valve; and AOC-3114 - a double-seated self-acting pressure regulating valve. Users can select the ideal configuration based on working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and specific leakage criteria. To further enhance adaptability, AOC-3000 valves offer a choice among three actuator types to suit different process needs: the conventional and reinforced diaphragm, piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). The AOC-3000 is engineered with rapid-opening flow characteristics, ensuring highly responsive action and precision adjustment with minimal error (≤10%). Its compact design outshines the bulky hammer type pressure reducing valves, providing ease of adjustment and installation. Expertly designed to control post-control valve pressure, this device ensures optimal pressure reduction and stabilization. As the medium flows smoothly into the valve body, it undergoes careful throttling by the valve seat and spool, delivering unparalleled performance. Ingeniously, the medium also channels through a pressure tube (enhanced by a condenser for steam applications) to the actuator, impacting the diaphragm. This results in precise spool displacement, achieving the desired pressure management seamlessly. When post-valve pressure heightens, the diaphragm's force intensifies, compressing the spring and driving the spool to precisely decrease valve opening, restoring pressure to the set value.
