The SNT triple offset butterfly valve is a marvel of engineering, providing an impeccable bi-directional bubble-tight shut-off. This sophisticated design guarantees that the disc seal only makes contact with the body seat at the ultimate shut-off position, eliminating any potential rubbing or galling. This advanced mechanism delivers a torque-generated resilient seal, utilizing an innovative 'wedging' effect to ensure a consistently uniform seal contact, enhancing durability and reliability.

The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is positioned behind the seat axis. This strategic placement allows for complete sealing contact around the entire seat, ensuring exceptional sealing performance.
Offset 2 - In a testament to intelligent design, the shaft centerline is offset from both the pipe and valve, allowing for interference-free opening and closing. This design choice maximizes efficiency and operational smoothness.
Offset 3 - The seat cone axis is cleverly offset from the shaft centerline. This eliminates any friction during valve operations, facilitating smooth closing and opening, while achieving a uniform compressive seal around the entire seat. The result is optimal sealing integrity and performance.

Ingeniously crafted with a triple-eccentric design, this valve is engineered to thrive in the most demanding environments. Impeccably suited for high-temperature and high-pressure service conditions, it ensures minimal leakage. Its unique design facilitates a smooth, frictionless operation with low torque requirements. Remarkably, the greater the fluid force exerted, the more robust and secure the seal becomes.

The valve boasts a seat ring and body constructed as an integral unit. The sealing face is meticulously surfaced with high-strength alloy, ensuring unwavering reliability.
This enhancement not only bolsters the integrity of the sealing face but also extends the service life, nearing a state of minimal maintenance.

Engineered with a stepped seal to prevent blowout, it guarantees safety. Additionally, the high-strength integral stem enhances allowable pressure drops, elevating performance.

The offset round pin design between the stem and disk is a hallmark of this valve's ingenuity. It prevents the weakening of the stem due to drilling, thereby enhancing the shearing strength of the round pin, bolstering both reliability and safety.

Stem sealing is thoughtfully engineered with high-temperature resistant non-metallic materials. This prevents particles-laden fluids from invading the bearing, thus avoiding lock-up or jamming issues.

With Belleville springs providing dynamic loading and compensation, the packing system is state-of-the-art. The packing box is rolled and pressed, and the stem meticulously processed to virtually eliminate packing emissions, meeting the stringent TA-Luft standards.

A variety of sealing options are available, including multi-layer composite, multi-layer all-metal, and integral all-metal seals. These choices cater to diverse service conditions, ensuring the perfect fit. The multi-layer composite seal stands out for its flexibility, achieving an excellent fit between the seat ring and sea ring, thus meeting ANSI VI leakage class standards.

The stem is protected by a thrust collar, ingeniously designed to prevent particle or coking accumulation in the dead angle area between the stem and body, thereby averting jamming. In reverse flow, it prevents the stem from moving due to fluid force, mitigating potential leakage.
