SNT's triple offset butterfly valve is engineered to deliver exceptional performance with its bi-directional bubble-tight shut-off. The ingenious design features a geometry that ensures the disc seal engages with the body seat only upon reaching the final shut-off position, thereby eliminating rubbing and galling. This results in a torque-induced, resilient seal enhanced by sufficient 'wedging' for consistent and reliable seal contact.

The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is strategically offset behind the seat axis. This allows for impeccable sealing contact around the entire seat, making sure the seal is both complete and effective.
Offset 2 - With precise engineering, the shaft centerline is offset from the pipe and valve, allowing for interference-free opening and closing. This design ensures smooth operation and enhances the valve's durability.
Offset 3 - The seat cone axis is cleverly offset from the shaft centerline. This innovation eliminates friction during both closing and opening, achieving a uniform compressive sealing action around the entire seat, thereby maximizing efficiency and reliability.

Our innovative stem and disk connection employs an offset round pin, cleverly avoiding any reduction in stem strength due to drilling. This enhancement boosts the shearing strength of the round pin, ensuring unmatched reliability and security.

The stem sealing design employs high-temperature resistant non-metallic materials, creating an impenetrable barrier to particles. This prevents them from infiltrating the bearing, thus avoiding any locking or jamming, ensuring seamless operation.

Dynamic loading and compensation with Belleville springs revolutionizes our packing system. The meticulously rolled and pressed packing box, coupled with the finely processed stem, effectively eliminates packing emissions, complying with TA-Luft standards.

Our diverse sealing options cater to various service conditions, offering multi-layer composite sealing, all-metal multi-layer, and integral all-metal sealing. The multi-layer composite seal is particularly flexible, ensuring a perfect fit between the seat ring and sea ring, achieving ANSI VI leakage class standards.

Thrust collar innovation ensures a protective barrier around the stem, preventing particle accumulation and coking substances in dead angle areas. It ingeniously prevents stem displacement from fluid force in reverse flow, thereby reducing leakage risks.
