About Pneumatic Diaphragm
The 1-X280 series straight-stroke pneumatic diaphragm actuator adopts amulti-spring structure, which is divided into two forms: positive action and nega-tive action. It can easily realize the required fault position of the valve by relying on the spring reset. It is combined with the straight-stroke valve, which is mainly used for the control and adjustment of process parameters. The maximum stroke can reach 76mm. It is a high-performance pneumatic actuator with light weight, large thrust, simple structure and other characteristics.
The 1-X250 series straight-stroke pneumatic diaphragm actuator adopts a single-spring structure. Compared with the 1-X280 series, it is mainly used for long-stroke control, with a maximum stroke of 250mm. Compared with the pneumatic piston actuator, it has the advantages of high adjustment accuracy and light weight, and can also be used for cutting occasions. It is equipped with a pneumatic valve, a speed increaser, a fast discharge valve, etc., which can realize fast cutting, and the minimum fast cutting time can reach 1S.

Long service life
The membrane cover is made of stamped steel, the surface is alvanized+painted for corrosion prevention, and the paint is not easy to fall off;
The actuator bracket is made of cast steel or forged steel,and the structure is firm and reliable;
The diaphragm is made of neoprene, which has the characteristics of good resistance to aging damage, chemical attack and non deformation under continuous stress;
The material of the push rod is AISI420, the surface is extruded and nickelplated, with high finish and corrosionresistance;
The guide bushing is made of aluminum bronze, with good guance and small deformation at low temperature to ensure good sealing of the air chamber;
The lower part of the connection between the push rod and thbrackeis sealed with an Atype sealing ring to prevent the penetrationof oil, sand or dirt.
Application flexibility
All positive and reaction parts are interchangeable.
The spring installation position can be adjusted according to the stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray has two installation positions, high and low, which are convenient for installation. You can also choose to install 3, 4 and 6 springs to
obtain different spring ranges;
Each specification of actuator has a variety of travel springs, which can be installed with a wide range of valve diameters;
There are two types of hand wheel mechanism: top-mounted handwheel and side-mounted handwheel. Inparticular, the side-mounted handwheel can be completely
separated from the actuator, which is very convenient
to install;The connection between the actuator and the valve adopts t
he pressing plate and sleeve structure, which is easy to install and replace the packing on site.
Options
Adjustable upper travel limit: used to limit the travel of the actuator in the upward direction.

Service Life

2. The diaphragm is constructed from neoprene rubber, offering excellent resistance to aging, chemical corrosion, and maintaining its shape under continuous stress.
3. The push rod is made of AISI420 with a nickel-plated surface, providing high smoothness and corrosion resistance.
4. The guide bushing is made from aluminum bronze, ensuring good guidance and minimal deformation at low temperatures, which maintains good air chamber sealing.
5. For the sealing, an A-type sealing ring is used below the connection point of the push rod and bracket to prevent oil, sand, or dirt from penetrating.
Application Flexibility
1. All direct-acting and reverse-acting parts are universal to ensure interchangeability.
