Non-guided Structure Features
1. This innovative design features a gate without a guiding hole, which significantly contributes to its sleek and compact structure. Its small size and lightweight nature make it an ideal choice for efficient operation.
2. The gate's versatile design options, including V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels, endow the valve with exceptional regulating capabilities. It can adjust seamlessly to any opening degree, thereby meeting diverse flow requirements of various pipeline systems (see the right diagram for more details).
3. Engineered for longevity, the valve boasts two floating seats with a soft-hard composite seal. This ensures a durable service life. Furthermore, should the internal cavity pressure of the valve rise unexpectedly, the floating valve seat automatically releases the excess pressure back into the pipeline, enhancing safety and reliability.
4. To address potential leakages caused by seal pair wear, the valve is equipped with grease injection valves at the external seats of the valve body. By injecting sealing grease, any such leakage can be effectively prevented, maintaining optimal performance.
5. At the bottom of the valve body, a drain valve is strategically placed to efficiently discharge any accumulated impurities within the valve, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, the guide hole in this gate masterfully aligns with the valve body channel, creating a seamless straight pipe section. This alignment allows for direct media purging, as illustrated in the above diagram.
2. During the dynamic process of opening or closing, the valve seat remains in continuous contact with the gate. This mechanism enables the soft valve seat to automatically scrape away impurities from the gate. This feature makes the flat gate valve exceptionally suitable for handling media with suspended particles and fibers, simultaneously preventing damage to the seal surface due to thermal deformation of the valve body.
3. Featuring two floating valve seats with a soft-hard composite seal, the valve ensures durability and longevity.
4. In instances where the valve cavity pressure unexpectedly escalates, the floating valve seat is designed to automatically discharge the excessive pressure into the pipeline, safeguarding the system.
5. Positioned at the bottom of the valve body, a drain valve efficiently expels any impurities that accumulate inside the valve, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
