3. The pair of floating valve seats are constructed with a durable soft-hard composite seal, significantly enhancing the valve's longevity. Ingeniously, when the internal cavity pressure unexpectedly escalates, the floating valve seat effortlessly releases the excess pressure into the pipeline, ensuring optimal operational safety.
4. Equipped with grease injection valves strategically placed on the external seats of the valve body, this feature provides a proactive solution for seal pair wear. Simply inject sealing grease to effectively counteract and prevent any potential valve leakage, ensuring continued reliability.
5. Positioned at the valve body's base, a drain valve serves an essential function by efficiently discharging any accumulated impurities within the valve, maintaining pristine operational conditions.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, the gate's guide hole seamlessly aligns with the valve body channel, forming an unobstructed straight pipe section. This alignment allows for direct media purging, enhancing the valve's efficiency and reliability (refer to the above diagram).
2. During the dynamic action of opening or closing, the valve seat maintains continuous contact with the gate. The soft valve seat ingeniously scrapes off impurities from the gate, making the flat gate valve ideal for media containing suspended particles and fibers, while safeguarding the seal surface from damage due to thermal deformation of the valve body.
3. Just like in the non-guided structure, the two valve seats remain floating with a robust soft-hard composite seal, ensuring long-lasting durability.
4. When pressure within the valve cavity surges unexpectedly, the floating valve seat automatically releases the excess pressure back into the pipeline, preserving the integrity of the system.
5. A strategically placed drain valve at the bottom of the valve body ensures the efficient removal of any residues or impurities, maintaining optimal cleanliness and function of the valve.
