The ZSHO Series of "O" Shut-off Ball Valve is engineered with an innovative two-piece ball structure, consisting of a main and auxiliary body. This design boasts superior features such as a durable wear-resistant valve seat, high seal integrity, exceptional shut-off capabilities, and an impressive long service life. With its high rated flow coefficient and minimal flow resistance due to the full bore ball core structure, the valve promises efficiency. The soft sealing valve seat is crafted from carbon fiber reinforced PTFE to ensure robust sealing performance.

The hard sealing ball core and sealing ring surfaces are fortified with a tungsten carbide spray treatment, offering exceptional wear resistance. The valve seat features a limit structure design to ensure stable torque, while the down-to-up stem mounting prevents any potential flyout. The ZSHOF Series of "O" Shut-off Ball Valve Lined F is designed with a full bore ball valve structure. Through a specialized molding process, both the inner wall of the valve body and the ball core are lined with fluorine plastic, endowing them with remarkable resistance to corrosive substances like acids and alkalis. This makes the valve ideal for cutting off and switching on corrosive fluids within pipelines, while also being suitable for flow regulation and control purposes. The integration of the ball body and stem eliminates angular discrepancies, ensuring precision and reliability. The precision-crafted design eliminates any angular differences, while the connection spaces between the main and auxiliary valves, as well as the valve and packing, feature a metal limiting structure, enhancing overall durability and performance.
The valve seat sealing ring is meticulously designed with reasonable pre-loading and space limitations to maintain stable torque. The actuator employs a high-performance double pinion structure, ensuring high transmission efficiency and a robust construction.
