PRESSURE/TEMPERATURE RATING

Rated to handle a supply pressure of 8 bar, this actuator ensures uncompromising performance and seal tightness. For your peace of mind, every unit undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing at 10.5 bar before reaching you. Designed for consistent service, the temperature limits at 8 bar are detailed in our table of materials, ensuring reliability in diverse environments.
ACTUATOR BODY
The actuator's cylinder is crafted from a precision steel tube, ensuring durability and precision.
Its interior is enhanced with meticulous lapping, chromium plating, and polishing, providing superior resistance to wear.
Our actuator heads, available in both aluminum and steel cast, offer versatility in design. These heads are offered in various configurations to align seamlessly with your specific valve assembly needs,
featuring options for pivoting assemblies with a fork on either the upper or lower head, ideal for actuating butterfly valves.
Alternatively, a flange design is available to ensure a sturdy and resilient assembly on valve yokes, particularly beneficial for actuating globe or angle valves.
PISTON
Crafted from high-strength steel, our piston is built to endure, equipped with one (S.A.) or dual (D.A.) rubber sealing rings and complemented by two (S.A.) or a single (D.A.) loaded-Teflon guiding skid, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
STEM
The actuator stem, precision-machined from stainless steel, is meticulously ground, rolled, and threaded for maximum durability and seamless connectivity. A two-piece, bored and threaded block securely clamps the actuator and valve stems, ensuring unwavering performance.
Guided by a dual bronze bushing, the stem is equipped with a felt ring for cleaning and a robust sealing ring (excluding S.A. direct-acting actuators) to effectively prevent leakage, guaranteeing operational integrity.
