3. With two floating valve seats featuring a soft-hard composite seal, this valve promises exceptional durability. Importantly, when the internal pressure escalates unexpectedly, the floating valve seat acts swiftly to release the pressure into the pipeline, ensuring safety and reliability.
4. Conveniently placed grease injection valves at the external seats of the valve body offer a practical solution. In the event of leakage due to seal wear, sealing grease can be injected here, effectively preventing valve leakage and maintaining optimal performance.
5. A strategically located drain valve at the bottom of the valve body is designed to efficiently discharge accumulated impurities, ensuring the valve remains clear and functional.

1. When fully opened, the guide hole in the gate aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, creating a seamless straight pipe section. This design facilitates direct media purging, enhancing operational efficiency (see above diagram).
2. Throughout the gate's movement, whether opening or closing, the valve seat maintains contact with the gate. The soft valve seat adeptly scrapes off impurities during operation, making the flat gate valve an ideal choice for media containing suspended particles and fibers. Simultaneously, it safeguards the seal surface from potential damage caused by thermal deformation of the valve body.
3. The dual floating valve seats with a soft-hard composite seal ensure outstanding durability and longevity.
4. Should the valve cavity pressure rise unexpectedly, the floating valve seat is engineered to automatically release this high pressure into the pipeline, enhancing system safety.
