2. The gate's versatility shines through its customizable V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels, offering precision regulation to adapt seamlessly to any opening degree and precisely meet pipeline system flow demands (refer to the diagram on the right).
3. Equipped with dual floating valve seats featuring a sophisticated soft-hard composite seal, this valve promises extended durability. In situations of abnormal internal cavity pressure, the floating valve seat ingeniously releases the excess pressure back into the pipeline.
4. For enhanced maintenance, grease injection valves are strategically located at the external seats of the valve body. Should seal pair wear lead to leakage during operation, injection of sealing grease here effectively halts the leakage.
5. To maintain optimal performance, a drain valve is expertly installed at the bottom of the valve body, enabling the efficient discharge of any accumulated impurities within the valve.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully opened, the guide hole in the gate expertly aligns with the valve body channel, forming a direct straight pipe section for media purging (refer to the above diagram).
