Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves

Our Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves feature an innovative sealing structure, utilizing dual parallel gates and a wedging device in lieu of conventional wedge gate valve structures. This design ensures unerring sealing even amidst temperature fluctuations, preventing operational jamming due to thermal expansion.

During valve operation, the sealing disk and valve seat initially disengage and subsequently ascend due to the wedge block mechanism, significantly reducing friction at the sealing surfaces. This means reduced torque, easier operation, and an extended service life. This advanced design overcomes challenges like the substantial lifting force necessary for single gate activation, potential sealing surface wear and tear, poor sealing efficacy, short lifespan, and issues with high-temperature opening or closing jamming, thereby amplifying the valve's sealing performance and durability.
