Tailored for various process demands, this innovative valve is offered in three distinct forms: AOC-3111, a single-seated self-acting valve; AOC-3113, a sleeve self-acting valve; and AOC-3114, a double-seated self-acting valve. Users can select the appropriate model based on specific working conditions such as differential pressure, temperature, medium state, and leakage preferences. Additionally, the AOC-3000 features three actuator types designed to meet varying process requirements: diaphragm (available in both standard and reinforced versions), piston, and metal diaphragm (bellows). Figure 1a illustrates the sophisticated mechanism of our pressure-closed type post-control valve pressure regulator. As the medium journeys through the valve body, guided by the directional arrow, it undergoes precise throttling by the expertly crafted valve seat and spool, optimizing output. Furthermore, the medium traverses a pressure tube (especially when dealing with steam and a condenser), channeling into the actuator to dynamically influence the diaphragm. This interaction induces a meticulous displacement of the spool, crucial for achieving unparalleled pressure reduction and stabilization. In scenarios where post-valve pressure escalates, the diaphragm experiences increased force, compressing the spring and adjusting the spool to finely tune the valve opening, ensuring the pressure returns to its ideal set value. The medium elegantly navigates into the valve body, following the directional arrow, and achieves refined output through advanced throttling by the valve seat and spool. The sophisticated use of a pressure tube (particularly with steam and a condenser) channels the medium into the actuator, impacting the diaphragm and prompting strategic spool displacement for exemplary pressure relief and stabilization. When pre-valve pressure surges, increased force on the diaphragm compresses the spring, driving the spool to enhance the valve's opening, skillfully lowering the pressure to the targeted set value. Conversely, should the pre-valve pressure wane, the diaphragm experiences reduced force, allowing the spring's counter-force to guide the spool, diminishing the valve's opening until pressure rises to the optimal set threshold. Notably, if pre-valve pressure dips below the set value, the valve remains securely closed, maintaining system integrity.
