Its sophisticated geometry ensures that the disc seal meets the body seat exclusively at the ultimate shut-off position without causing any rubbing or galling. This creates a resilient torque-generated seal with ample 'wedging' to guarantee a consistent and robust seal contact.

The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously engineered, the shaft is offset behind the seat axis, allowing for a complete sealing contact around the entire seat, ensuring impeccable performance.
Offset 2 - With the shaft centerline strategically offset from the pipe and valve, the design facilitates interference-free operation, ensuring seamless opening and closing of the valve.
Offset 3 - By offsetting the seat cone axis from the shaft centerline, this innovation eliminates friction during valve operation, providing uniform compressive sealing all around the seat for optimal efficiency.

Anti-Blowout Stepped Seal: Guarantees absolute security, allowing the integral stem, constructed from high-strength material, to elevate allowable pressure drops.

Innovative Stem and Disk Driving Method with Round Pin Offset: Designed to prevent any decrease in stem strength due to drilling, this method enhances the shearing strength of the round pin, bolstering both reliability and security.

Advanced Stem Sealing Design: Crafted with a high temperature-resistant non-metallic material to prevent particle-laden fluid from penetrating the bearing, thus averting lock-ups or jams.

Belleville Springs-Dynamic Loading and Compensation: Employing dynamic loading and compensation courtesy of Belleville springs, the packing system features a rolling and pressing packing box hole, with the stem expertly processed to eliminate packing emission, fully complying with TA-Luft standards.

Versatile Sealing Options: Choose from multi-layer composite sealed, multilayer all-metal sealed, or integral all-metal sealed, tailored for varying service conditions. The multi-layer composite sealed option offers flexibility, ensuring a superior fit between the seat ring and sea ring, achieving ANSI VI leakage class standards.

Innovative Thrust Collar: The stem-protecting thrust collar design prevents dead angle areas between the stem and body from accumulating particles or coking substances, thus avoiding stem jams. During reverse flow, it safeguards the stem against rotational displacement caused by fluid forces, thereby minimizing leakage.
