Operating Principle

In scenarios where downstream pressure control is essential (ZZYP-B type), the valve adeptly performs pressure reduction and stabilization functions. If the downstream pressure exceeds the pre-set desired value, the valve instinctively moves towards closure, ultimately sealing off. Conversely, when the downstream pressure falls beneath the desired threshold, the valve remains open to robustly counterbalance the pressure.

For upstream pressure control applications (ZZYP-K type), the valve functions as a pivotal safety mechanism for pressure relief and stabilization. Once the upstream pressure surpasses the predetermined value, the valve naturally gravitates towards opening, fully responding to pressure demands. In contrast, if the pressure is below the set limit, the valve remains closed, safeguarding the system's integrity.
